9.1 At least four weeks notice of every General Meeting shall be given to every member.
9.2 At least fourteen days notice of every Executive Committee meeting shall be given to all those entitled to attend.
9.3 The Honorary Minute Secretary shall notify all those entitled to attend an Executive Committee Meetings stating when and where it is to be held.
9.4 The Honorary Minute Secretary shall send a copy of the previous meeting’s minutes with the notification. Copies of the minutes shall also be sent to Hon. Championship Secretaries.
