YEAABA entry’s for each event must be made using this form. Please select the event from the drop down list this will then provide further fields to be completed ie swimmer name & contact details and specific event details such as distance and swim wear. You then need to complete the payment lists, please ensure the correct number is selected for each variant in the event. A payment is then required by credit card. Once the payment has been received I can then add the swimmers to our event list.
